Privacy Policy

1. Parties

This Privacy Policy (the “Agreement”) is entered into between PTMobil (the “Company”) and the user of its software services (the “User”) for the purpose of regulating the collection, processing, storage and protection of personal data provided by the User while benefiting from the software products and services provided by PTMobil.

2. Data Collected

PTMobil may collect the following personal data:

• Identity information (name, surname)
• Contact information (phone number, email address)
• Location information (location data obtained through the mobile app, with explicit consent)
• Device and usage data (IP address, browser type, transaction history)
• Other data voluntarily shared by the User

3. Method and Legal Basis of Data Collection

Personal data is collected through;

• The User's use of the PTMobil software,
• Filling in forms during registration and membership processes,
• Contact with support services,
• Receipt of informed explicit consent

pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), based on the legal grounds of the establishment and performance of the contract, legitimate interest, and explicit consent.

4. Purposes of Data Use

The personal data collected may be used for the following purposes:

• Ensuring effective operation of the software
• Providing user support services
• Performing security and authentication processes
• Conducting performance measurement and software development activities
• Carrying out analysis and improvements aimed at increasing user satisfaction
• Fulfilling legal obligations

5. Data Storage and Security

PTMobil stores personal data on secure servers and takes the necessary technical and administrative measures. Encryption, access control and firewall systems are used to prevent data breaches.

6. Sharing of Data with Third Parties

User data is not shared with third parties except for legal obligations or court orders. However, sharing may occur in the following cases:

• Server and hosting service providers
• Business partners providing support and maintenance services
• Public institutions and organizations authorized by legislation

Data security obligations are explicitly stated in the contracts made with these parties.

7. User Rights

The User has the following rights pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK:

• To learn whether personal data is being processed
• To request information if it has been processed
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose
• To know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad
• To request correction if the data is incomplete or incorrectly processed
• To request deletion or destruction in accordance with the legislation
• To request that these actions be communicated to third parties
• To object to any outcome against the data subject resulting solely from automated analysis of the processed data
• To request compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful processing

8. Changes to the Agreement

PTMobil may update this Agreement. The current version is effective as of the date it is published in the application or on the website. Continued use of the service by the User constitutes acceptance of the changes.

9. Effective Date

This Agreement enters into force when the User starts using the software.
