Terms of Use

1. Parties and Acceptance

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the conditions for the use of software, applications and services (the “Services”) provided by PTMobil (the “Company”). By accessing or using the Services, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

2. Scope of Service

PTMobil offers its users a variety of digital solutions, software services and platforms. The scope of the Services may be updated by PTMobil from time to time. The User is responsible for following these updates.

3. Conditions of Use

The User agrees to use the Services in accordance with the following rules:

• To use the Services solely for lawful purposes,
• Not to perform any action that may damage the PTMobil infrastructure,
• Not to violate the rights of others (including intellectual property, privacy and personal data),
• Not to upload malware, viruses or similar content to the system,
• Not to attempt to gain unauthorized access.

4. Account Security

The User is responsible for keeping their username and password confidential. The User shall be solely responsible for any consequences arising from sharing this information with others or from unauthorized use.

5. Intellectual Property

PTMobil services and content, designs, software code and all visuals belong to PTMobil or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution or modification is prohibited.

6. Suspension or Termination of Service

Where the User acts in violation of these Terms or applicable legislation, PTMobil reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to the service.

7. Disclaimer

PTMobil does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. The User agrees to use the Services on an "as is" basis.

8. Right to Make Changes

PTMobil may update these Terms of Use without prior notice. The current text becomes effective as of the moment it is published on the application or website.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The parties agree that the Istanbul Central Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise.
